+ How do I create an account?
Open the Create Account page from the menu, fill in your account name, e-mail address and password, then submit the form. If e-mail verification is enabled you must confirm your address before playing.
+ How do I connect to the server?
Download the correct client version, set the server IP in an IP changer, launch the client and log in with your account name and password.
+ What client version do I need?
Check the Downloads page. The server runs on the client version shown on the home page and in Server Info.
+ What are the experience rates?
Experience is staged and increases a lot at low levels. Open the Experience Stages page in the wiki for the exact multipliers per level range.
+ How do I get premium or VIP?
Premium time can be purchased with Tibia Coins through the in-game shop. Some systems also grant premium as a reward.
+ How do I report a bug or a player?
Use the support/bug tracker on the website. Include your character name, a clear description and any screenshots or evidence.
+ Can I share or trade my account?
No. Sharing, trading or selling accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in a permanent banishment.
+ What happens when I die?
On a PvP world you lose experience and may drop items depending on your blessings and skull. Buy blessings to reduce your losses.
